Membership Forms and Dues

Interested in becoming a member of the Imperial Court of Washington DC or need to renew your membership?

To join the Imperial Court of Washington DC, you need to:

  1. Fill out the Membership Application
  2. Sign the Code of Conduct
  3. Pay your membership dues
  4. Send the signed Membership Application and Code of Conduct to the Vice-President at vicepresident@icwdc.org. We recommend that if you pay using PayPal, include a copy of your PalPal receipt with your documents.

To renew your existing membership to the Imperial Court of Washington DC, you need to:

  1. If there are any updates to your information, please provide an updated Membership Application
  2. Sign the Code of Conduct (required for all membership renewals)
  3. Pay your membership dues
  4. Send the signed Membership Application (if updated) and Code of Conduct to the Vice-President at vicepresident@icwdc.org. We recommend that if you pay using PayPal, include a copy of your PalPal receipt with your documents.

Note: You are not a Member In Good Standing until we receive both your dues payment and your signed Code of Conduct for the period. If you would like to electronically sign the Code of Conduct, please fill it out and send it to the President at president@icwdc.org and they will send it to you so it can be electronically signed and then you can forward it to the Vice-President.

 

2025-10-20 Membership Dues Dispensation During FEDERAL Furlough

Members, on Monday, October 20, 2025, the Board of Directors voted to dispensate Policies and Procedures Section 2.4(b) Annual Membership Dues in light of the current Federal Government furlough.  The motion approved states:

Current members in good standing will remain in good standing for the duration of the shutdown.  Upon the shutdown ending and government reopening, member is will have 30 days to pay their dues.
