Event Tickets
Tickets for Gala of the Americas events can now be purchased using PayPal. You can purchase individual event tickets or select the Ball package which gets you admission to all three events Coronation Weekend: Out of Town Show, Coronation, and Victory Brunch.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you have 72 hours prior to your arrival to cancel without penalty. If you cancel any time after the 72 hour period, you will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

Coronation Gala Program Ad Specifications
- Gala Program size is 5.5″ x 8.5″, full-color, and printed
- Inside cover and inside back cover pages are still available and are availanbel on a first-come first-serve basis.
- All completed artwork must be received no later than August 15, 2025.
- Ad proportions are very important; ad artwork must match or scale to the proportions indicated below or they may not be accepted.
- Submit your ad artwork as a jpg or pdf file specifying at least 300 dpi. All artwork must be set to RGB color model.
- Full-page and half-page artwork that you want to go edge to edge should specify an additional 1/4″ (.25) bleed area on all sides.
- Files must be submitted electronically to memberatlarge@icwdc.org
- The subject line of the email should be “Your company name ad for ICWDC Gala Program:
- For files over 10 MB, please zip the file before emailing it or use a program like Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox to send the file. Make sure you include link to the file in your email.
- If you have any quesitons about any of these specifications, please reach out to us before creating your artwork.
