Protocol
Protocol for the Gala of the Americas is due no later than Monday, September 15, 2025 and must be submitted electronically at ICWDC Protocol Submission.

Tickets for Gala of the Americas events can now be purchased using PayPal. You can purchase individual event tickets or select the Ball package which gets you admission to all three events Coronation Weekend: Out of Town Show, Coronation, and Victory Brunch.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you have 72 hours prior to your arrival to cancel without penalty. If you cancel any time after the 72 hour period, you will be charged for one night’s room and tax.
